- 1. Large mixing bowl2. Measuring cups and spoons3. Cooking oil or butter4. Lemon wedges (optional)5. Olive oil (for brushing the chicken)6. Baking sheet or skillet
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can green chili salsa sauce
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 c. milk
- 1 grated onion
- 1 pkg. corn tortilla in pieces
Instructions
- Dice chicken or use whole chicken.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let sit overnight.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375°.
