Corn Pudding – Corny Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- – 2 cups milk
- – 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- – 1 teaspoon salt
- – 3 eggs beaten
- – 2 tablespoons sugar
- – 1 teaspoon baking powder
- – 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, milk, butter, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together baking powder, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Add to cornmeal mixture and stir until well combined.
