Twinkie Dessert – Sweet Twinkie Delight

- 1. A mixing bowl
2. A whisk or electric mixer
3. A baking sheet lined with parchment paper
4. A spatula or metal spoon for mixing and spreading batter
5. A microwave oven (optional)
6. A cooling rack for the finished dessert to cool down before serving
Ingredients
- 14 Twinkies
- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 10 oz. frozen strawberries or 2 cups fresh
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Instructions
- Line bottom of 13×9 pan with Twinkies.
- Mix jello with hot water and stir until dissolved. Add strawberries and pour over Twinkies.
- Let set for 30 minutes or more.
- Mix pudding as directed and pour over Twinkies and jello.
- Cover with Cool Whip and decorate with more strawberries if desired.
